M Moser Associates has completed the office design for hospitality giant Hyatt, located in Hong Kong.Hyatt’s Hong Kong office adopts a structured floor plan across which all departments operate as individual neighbourhoods separated by transient collaborative spaces.
在完全灵活的工作空间中，“锚定”人员被分配到每个部门的固定办公桌上，充当各自团队的资源联络点。超过一半的员工以前都住在封闭的办公室里，这种新的布局给人们的互动和工作方式带来了根本性的变革。
Set amid fully-agile workspaces, an “anchor” person is assigned a fixed desk in every department to act as a resourceful point of contact for their respective teams. With more than half of their staff previously situated in enclosed offices, this new layout brings radical, transformative changes to how people interact and work with one another.
从优先考虑个人办公桌的旧布局中走出来，允许团队成员根据个人喜好和需求添加或更改家具。每个部门的设计都是为了适应未来团队的成长，并促进观念的转变。
