「药食同源」理论源自李时珍,认为食物和药物一样,它们之间并无绝对的界线。将中药的“四性五味”理论运用到食物之中,「辛甘酸苦咸」「寒热温凉」相辅得当,方能温煦脏腑,增强机能。
