「药食同源」理论源自李时珍，认为食物和药物一样，它们之间并无绝对的界线。将中药的“四性五味”理论运用到食物之中，「辛甘酸苦咸」「寒热温凉」相辅得当，方能温煦脏腑，增强机能。
