Designed in 2019 by Reid Developments, this modern contemporary home is located in Vancouver, Canada.This new home in UBC boasts a modern West Coast Contemporary style. Featuring a reverse angle roofline, post and beam overhangs, large windows and corten steel facade features.

室内用干净的线条和中性的白色墙壁提供了开放的流动空间，既体现了客户的艺术审美，又反射了日光。厨房、客厅壁炉和套房浴室的黑色花岗岩哑光台面与明亮的墙壁结合，创造了视觉上的突破。瓷砖地板选用了木纹温暖的棕色图案，为这个有狗的年轻家庭创造了坚实、耐用的表面。另外一方面，新的家庭将受益于地热系统提供热量的真正“绿色”环保房屋。

The interior provides an open flow with clean lines and neutral white walls to feature the client’s art while also reflecting daylight. Honed black granite counter tops in both the kitchen, living room hearth and ensuite bathroom are juxtaposed with the bright walls to create a visual break. The porcelain tile floors chosen in a wood-grain warm brown pattern create a solid, durable surface for this young growing family that also has dogs. As a bonus, the new family will benefit from a truly “green” home with heat provided by a geothermal system.
