我们受业主委托，为其设计并规划一处位于高层住宅区的专业美肌工作室。这次的项目设计开场有点“突击”色彩——业主还没实地看房确定场地，我们就直接飞赴当地，和业主一起看了几套房后迅速锁定了这个能俯瞰汉江的高层住宅。其空间专业诉求有别于一般的SPA美容场所，我们以“自然疗愈”为核心理念，对原始规整的三室户进行彻底重构，用“去属性感”将功能分区与情绪营造进行融合，打造了一处兼具医学专业性与自然呼吸感的肌肤护理空间。
We were commissioned by the client to design and plan a professional skin studio located within a high-rise residential area. The beginning of this project had a somewhat “surprise” element – before the client had even viewed and confirmed the actual site, we flew directly to the location. Together with the client, we viewed several properties and quickly settled on a high-rise apartment overlooking the Han River. The spatial professional requirements differed from those of typical SPA or beauty venues. Guided by the core concept of “natural healing,” we thoroughly reconfigured the original, regular three-room layout. By employing a “de-attributed” approach, we integrated functional zoning with emotional ambiance, creating a skin care space that combines medical professionalism with a natural, breathable feel.
我们把玄关向内延伸，开阔的留白让视线自然聚焦于品牌标识上，扩大了视觉进深，凸显整体空间纯粹、专业的第一印象。
We extended the entrance foyer inwards. The expansive use of negative space naturally draws the eye to the brand logo, enhances the visual depth, and highlights the pure, professional first impression of the overall space.
