惠安坊9号是一座联排式小洋楼，位于上海历史风貌区的一处保护建筑群内。这座建筑融合了历史保护建筑与新式里弄的双重特质，四层结构搭配阁楼的形式，见证着岁月的变迁与时光的流转。
Situated within a protected building cluster in Shanghai’s historic neighborhood, No. 9 Hui An Fang is a townhouse that seamlessly integrates the dual characteristics of historical heritage architecture and contemporary lane houses. The four-story structure, complemented by a loft, stands as a testament to the passage of time.

设计师本人即为项目业主，该建筑作为其第二居所，以简约纯粹为设计特色，营造出质朴且极具力量感的氛围，于繁华的城市中心成功塑造出一方隐逸宁静的弄堂新居。
Designed by the owner himself, the project serves as his second residence. Emphasizing simplicity and purity, the design creates a robust yet unpretentious atmosphere, establishing a new serene lane residence amidst the bustling city center.

01 修旧如旧
Restore the Old
开展设计前，设计师翻阅了当年的历史营建档案与近百年前的街区历史，在建筑上完全保留其原始制式，邀请专业老建筑修复施工团队，将建筑外立面的水洗石、涂料肌理、水泥肌理做了深入打样，确保修旧如旧。在建筑内部，则对承重系统、防潮系统、虫害控制，都进行了完善加强。
Before commencing the design, the designer meticulously reviewed the building’s construction archives and the neighborhood’s history from nearly a century ago, to faithfully preserve its original form. A specialized old building restoration team was engaged to sample the washed stone, coating texture, and cement of the building’s original facade to ensure precise restoration. In the interior, the load-bearing system, moisture-proof system, and pest control were all upgraded.
