好的设计离不开好的实现。本案的客户群体有些特殊——一支精良成熟的施工团队，他们对设计有着高超的理解能力和优秀的落地能力。十年来，“峰起”团队服务了几位能在设计史上书写下浓墨重彩的大师级人物。现在他们需要为自己建立一座里程碑。
Good design relys on high-quality construction. The customer of this case is kind of special – a construction company, with superb understanding of design and excellent implementation ability. In the past decade, the “Fengqi” team has cooperated with several masters who can be written into the history of design，and finally the decisive moment came when they built a milestone for themselves.

见界设计的主理人早在2018年就开始和“峰起”团队一起合作落地项目，那时候他尚在一家知名设计事务所就职，还只是一个初出茅庐的“晚辈”。有时候年轻设计师来不及画出复杂特殊工艺的深化图纸，他们会向“峰起”领队赵工口述设计需求，往往就能得到超越期待的落地效果。这种对于设计师和施工方默契配合过程的理解也体现在“峰起”OFFICE的功能设计上。作为一家施工单位的办公空间，设计师首先构想了一个可以用来“解决问题”的大桌子，既能和甲方、设计单位讨论图纸细节、框选材料、召开进度会议，也能在这里探讨施工过程中出现的新问题。
Early in 2018，the principal of Jianjie Design has already began cooperating with the “engqi” team on several projects . At that time, he was still working in a well-known design office and was just a fledgling “junior”. Sometimes when young designers failed to finish the detailed construction drawings of complex special processes. As long as they verbalize their needs to the “Fengqi” team leader Zhao , they can often get results that exceed expectations. This kind of understanding of the tacit cooperation process between designers and construction teams also reflected in the design of “Fengqi” OFFICE. As an office space for a construction company, the designer first came up with a large desk that could be used to solve all problems,to discuss construction details, to select materials,as well as solving problems during the construction process.

尽管甲方具备执行任何复杂装饰工艺的落地能力，但在这个衔接各种设计灵感与落地材料的空间里，设计师放弃了多余的素材，只保留基础的功能需求，把这个场域的空间表达拉回到了一种基础的“素描”状态——在与空间面对面的观照中,你会发现这些平凡的立体几何充满了有机的运动和神奇的秩序，也会在追逐自然光线的变化过程中发现一千种灰色。
Although the client has the ability to execute any complex decoration process, in this space that connects various design inspirations and interior materials, the designer gave up redundant materials and only retained basic functional requirements to express space in a process similar to “sketching” – in observing space face to face, you will find that those ordinary three-dimensional geometries are full of organic movement and magical order. You’ll also discover a thousand shades of gray as you chase the changes in natural light throughout the day.
