design studio FABRICations has completed the interior of an apartment in amsterdam, the netherlands. the ‘casco loft’ project aims to promote ideas of interaction and flexibility by encouraging shared spaces and the implementation of a flexible, open layout.
每个空间都有自己的视觉特征，采用了多种颜色、纹理和材料。通过使用金属网格、木材、树脂涂料和甲基丙烯酸酯面板，以达到不同的透明度和分隔效果。室内非常规材料的选择，如钢筋混凝土中常用的金属网，为建筑带来了成本效益、轻量化和空间占用等方面的附加值。
each space has its own visual identity by employing a wide range of colors, textures and materials. different levels of transparency and separation are achieved by the use of metal meshes, wood, resin paint and methacrylate panels. the choice of unconventional materials for the interior, such as the metal mesh normally adopted in armored concrete, brings added value to the construction in terms of cost effectiveness, lightness and space occupation.
灵活的布局设计产生了各种视觉效果和互动。例如，入口可以变成工作空间或额外的生活区，因为它位于一个单独的空间。同时，客房隐藏在入口处的彩色空间中，可以在夜间使用。通过创建可以根据用户需求改变的多功能区域，最大化每一平方米的价值。
the flexible layout has been designed to allow for a variety of visual and personal interactions. the entrance for example, can be turned into working space or additional living area, as it is located on a separate level. in the meantime, a guest bedroom is hidden in the colored volume at the entrance, ready to be used during night time. by creating multi-functional areas that can be altered according to the needs of the user, the design maximizes the value of every single square meter.
