一层除了书房和卧室区域其余均为开放式布局，增加空间通透性的同时加强公共空间中各功能区之间的互动性。“柱”的形态在此刻既是结构，又是空间中的边界。通过精妙的布局和家具的摆放，达到“虚隔”的效果，使每个区域在开放的同时依然保持私密性。
