IOI Boutique坐落于杭州上城区近江南路，紧临街弄巷道，梧桐树掩映着远离喧嚣的氛围。结合业主愿景，Unknowndesign希望呈现社区商业空间的另一种想象——在生活气息浓厚的市井街巷，意外遇见一家先锋概念买手店的惊喜体验。
IOI Boutique is located in Hangzhou’s Shangcheng District, near Jiangnan Road, close to the alleys and lanes, with sycamore trees hiding the atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Combined with the owner’s vision, Unknowndesign hopes to present another kind of imagination of community commercial space – the surprise experience of accidentally meeting a pioneering conceptual buyer’s store in the city streets with a strong sense of life.

浅灰色涂料清爽整合了立面外观，不锈钢板沿廊道轻薄出檐，阻挡雨季的水气侵蚀。金属格栅长凳，为过往行人提供了一个迷你歇脚点，庭院地台的不规则设计，消解了场地的方正格局，以包容开放的形态，使得与社区生活更大尺度的自由对接。
Light gray paint refreshingly integrates the appearance of the façade, and stainless steel panels along the corridors of the thin eaves, blocking the erosion of water in the rainy season. Metal grille benches provide a mini resting point for passers-by, and the irregular design of the courtyard flooring dissolves the square pattern of the site, allowing for a larger scale of free connection with the community life in an inclusive and open form.
可折叠透明玻璃门，旨在最大化激活咖啡区的社区潜力，门扇合起时，地面与公共的走廊界面无缝衔接，让空间成为人与人发生交流的理想场所。石材吧台的天然纹理，在工业氛围中融入了粗砺质朴。
Foldable transparent glass doors, designed to maximize the activation of the community potential of the café area, seamlessly connect the floor to the public corridor interface when the doors are closed, making the space an ideal place for human interaction to occur. The natural texture of the stone bar incorporates a gritty simplicity in the industrial atmosphere.
