点军智谷位于宜昌市点军区百联慧谷创意科技园A13栋一层。此项目是班得建筑与升哲科技联手打造的宜昌市点军区数据展示与运营中⼼。是集算力中心、指挥中心、治理信息中心、大数据展示、区块链金融、工业互联网二级节点解析、办公区、会议室等展示与运营于一体综合空间。

Dianjun AI Valley is located on the first floor of Building A13, Bailian Huigu Creative Science and Technology Park, Dianjun District, Yichang City. BANDe Architects and SENSORO collaborated on this project to display and operate the data for the Yichang Dianjun District. It’s a multi-functional space for exhibition and operation, including a computational power center, a command center, an information center for good governance, a display for big data, block chain finance, industrial IOT, office and conference room.

场地 Site

 

此项目整体场地呈L型,场地中心有若干原有建筑柱子。整体方案的平面布局以原有建筑柱子点位为造型基础,打造三组悬浮体块作为空间的主要语言,这种将原有建筑柱子与新建造型相结合的做法,既削弱了原有建筑柱子对空间的视觉破坏,又将空间展示功能结合到造型中,做到了形式与功能统一。三组悬浮体块的空间布置横纵交错,充分利用了场地的长度及宽度,也将场地分割成若干功能空间。

It is an L shape plan with several existing columns in center. The general scheme is to build three floating blocks following the column locations as main language of the space. The existing columns and the floating blocks are composed together to reduce visual damage of the columns in the space and merge the exhibition to blocks. In this way, form and function are well unified. By making full use of the site’s length and width, the three blocks are arranged horizontally and vertically in plan to create multiple functional zones.

悬浮 Floating

 

此空间的悬浮体块脱离地面35公分,以原有建筑柱子为悬浮造型的结构基础,采用钢结构进行悬挑,以悬臂梁的方式进行结构打造。结构的设计进行了多次的实验,保证了悬浮体块的整体强度与刚度,除了本身结构的自身荷载以外,还保证了设备的荷载和不同展品放置的可变荷载,并以最经济的方式完成了结构体系。悬浮体块内部嵌入LED屏幕、触摸屏等设备进行内容展示。对于悬浮体块的设计,设计方希望以此隐喻一种技术突破:“科技要突破技术的壁垒,建筑要脱离地面的束缚”。这种在原有建筑基础上“横向一笔”的设计手法,改变了原有建筑柱子的性质,让原有建筑柱子不再只是为了承重的视觉障碍,而是成为了整体展示空间的一部分并融入展示功能中。悬浮体块以白色为基础色调,在周围灰色墙面的映衬下犹如空间中用橡皮擦拭出来的白色空间,是一种减法设计,用新建造型去减少空间内的形体叠加,从创作手法上抹去人为的痕迹,以一种极简干练的形象展示最前沿的科技成果。每组悬浮体块形体进行局部镂空处理,使整体空间在造型的分割下“隔而不断”,镂空处放置展品并形成视觉通廊,这种处理手法可以让参观者对空间进行主观阅读并产生互动。整体空间极简主义的设计手法在视觉效果上与高科技感融为一体,相互衬托。

These space’s floating blocks are 35 cm off the ground, and the existing columns serve as the structural base for the suspension modeling, which is supported by steel cantilever beam structure. After many test, this structure design ensures that the floating blocks’ overall strength and stiffness can withstand the weight of the structure and its equipment as well as the variable loads placed by various exhibits. This completes the structural system in the most efficient manner. The floating blocks incorporate a display system that includes an LED panel, a touch screen, and other components. “Technology should break past the limitations of technology, and architecture should be free from the constraint of the ground,” the designers intend to utilize their design as a metaphor for a technological breakthrough. Using the “horizontal stroke” design style, the existing columns are transformed from visual obstacles to show space components that are fully integrated into the exhibition space, rather than merely being an eyesore. The floating blocks use white as its primary color tone, creating the effect of an eraser wiped across a white surface against the gray wall in the background. Designing in this way eliminates the artificial traces left by creative techniques and presents the most advanced scientific and technology in an elegant and efficient manner. It is a subtractive design. By hollowing out each group of floating blocks, the entire space is made to appear “separate and continuous.” Exhibits are then placed in the hollowed-out areas to create a visual corridor that allows visitors to read the space subjectively and interactively. The entire room is designed by minimalism techniques while using a high-tech aesthetic sensibility in order to create an eye-catching visual effect.

此空间内的每一种展示方式都与悬浮体块很好地统一在一起,融入到每个空间序列中,使得整体展示方式浑然一体。呈现在空间里的内容犹如墙上的画一样,使得整体空间内充满一种艺术与高科技相融合的氛围。

The floating blocks and each space sequence are highly merged with the display modes in this area, resulting in a well-integrated display mode. It is like a picture on the wall that matches the content displayed in the room, creating a harmony atmosphere of art and high technology in the entire space.
